Lagos court sends four SARS operatives to prison for allegedly killing phone thieves



Earlier today Mr Alex Komolafe, a Chief Magistrates’ Court in Ebute Metta, Lagos, has ordered that four men of the Special Armed Response Squad be remanded in prison for allegedly killing two unsuspected robbers in Iba axis of the state.


Accorsing to reports, Mr Komolafe,  rejectes the pleas of the offenders, Omomuyiwa Fabiyi, Solomon Olaniyi, Sunday Solomon, and Mukaila Aliyu, aged between 35 - 41 and he  ordered that they be remanded in Ikoyi Prison pending legal advice from the State Director of Public Prosecutions.
He has however, adjourned the matter September 23.
