A Kenyan woman, Jesca Chesang, 22, has allegedly stabbed her employer, Joseph Kimutai Sang, 62, to death over her Ksh.150 (N525) daily wage.
Chesang, a tea picker, was reported to have picked a quarrel with Sang, when she went to demand for Ksh. 150 that she was allegedly owed as her day’s wage.
When he failed to pay her, an argument ensued before she allegedly stabbed him with a knife in the back and fled.
Sang was rushed to the hospital, where he was confirmed dead.
According to Citizen TV Kericho county police have launched a manhunt for the suspect while the body of the deceased has been taken to the mortuary
