Another Corps Member Reportedly Shot During Shiites Protest

A corps member serving with Leadership Newspaper was reportedly hit on the chest by a stray bullet  during the Shiites and Police clash in Abuja during the early hours of Monday, 22 July, 2019.

According to The Leadership news, the corps member who has been identified as Aliyu was on his way home when the protest began.

He was reported to have been hit by the chest and immediately rushed to the National Hospital Abuja where he is currently receiving treatment.

We need to end this fight. Enough of the blood shed
