A mum has been forced to take down all the mirrors in her home after a Labrador tore off her daughter's lip.
Lily-Fay Parfitt was left screaming in agony with "life-changing" wounds to her cheek and lip when the dog attacked without warning as she played on her aunt's farm earlier this month.
According to Mirror UK, Mum Kelly Parfitt claims surgeons ranked the nine-year-old's injuries as a 9.5 out of 10 on an injury severity scale.
The little girl has been left unable to hear out of her right ear or close her right eye fully, with 230 stitches needed to close the wounds on her face.
Mum-of-five Kelly is warning people that all dog breeds can be dangerous and to keep pets on short leads around children.
Kelly, from Southwater in West Sussex, said: "It's life changing for Lily, she can't smile as she's lost her lips.
